A Cystoscopy, or Cystourethroscopy refers to an endoscopic procedure that involves insertion of tube into the urethra via the opening at the end of the penis. It enables the doctor to visually examine and treat the complete length of the urethra as well as the bladder for the presence of polyps, abnormal growths, and other problems.
